Our Services
Helping women navigate the impact of trauma to find their way back home to themselves.
The Path to Returning Home
The Initial Intake- 90 minutes.
Building a Foundation of Safety After the initial no charge pre-intake meeting (see below) our work together begins with a dedicated intake session. This is a gentle, collaborative space where we begin to understand the landscape of your life. We will discuss your history, your current needs, and the goals you have for yourself. This session is not just about gathering information; it is about ensuring that you feel safe, heard, and respected from the very beginning.
Individual Counselling- 60 minutes.
An Integrated Approach to Healing I provide trauma-informed individual counselling for women navigating the weight of addiction, the echoes of trauma, or a sense of disconnection from their own strength. My work is rooted in the belief that your survival strategies, whether through addiction or other coping mechanisms, were once ways to protect yourself.
Using a blend of feminist and humanistic theories, we work together to:
Develop Self-Compassion: Strengthening your connection with yourself to build self-worth and self-confidence.
Navigate Internal Shifts: Processing lived experiences with a steady presence that respects the natural timing of your healing.
Build Sustainable Change: Moving with care toward a future that feels aligned with who you truly are, rather than the labels that have been placed upon you

The purpose of trauma recovery isn’t to dig up memories; it’s to understand how past adverse events affect your body and mind today. We work with the 'living legacy' of trauma to help you regain self-agency and self-compassion, regardless of whether you have specific memories of the events.
